Ingredients

  • 1 cup bananas Frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries Frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend baby, blend!
  • If you have a tamper, use it OR use a food processor.
    Top with your favorite fruits, like blood orange, peaches, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes (unsweetened).
