coconut oil

garlic
Thinly sliced.

Swiss chard
Roughly chopped.

spinach

Instructions
Heat coconut oil and sautée garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden (about 3 minutes).
Place greens and salt into the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in the pan.
Raise heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally tossing.
Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving. Enjoy!
