Sautéed Garlic and Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic Thinly sliced.
  • 2 cups Swiss chard Roughly chopped.
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ lemon Juiced.
  • tsp Himalayan pink sea

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil and sautée garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden (about 3 minutes).
  • Place greens and salt into the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in the pan.
  • Raise heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally tossing.
  • Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving. Enjoy!
