Make the vinaigrette: Whisk together avocado oil, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.
Toss grapefruit, blood orange, and orange in a bowl.
Add the fennel and celery.
Drizzle on vinaigrette and hemp seeds. Mix, and enjoy!
