Ingredients
Citrus Vinaigrette
- 4 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 orange Juiced.
- 1 lemon Juiced.
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Salad
- 1 grapefruit Peeled and sliced.
- 2 blood orange Peeled and sliced.
- 1 orange Peeled and sliced.
- ½ fennel Sliced.
- 2 stalks celery Chopped
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Make the vinaigrette: Whisk together avocado oil, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Toss grapefruit, blood orange, and orange in a bowl.
- Add the fennel and celery.
- Drizzle on vinaigrette and hemp seeds. Mix, and enjoy!
Notes

For fat-burning purposes if you are following level 1 very closely, this may be too much fruit in one serving. It’s a great snack or side dish to a big leafy green salad!
