½cupfresh parsleystemmed, chopped, and loosely packed
2 to 3clovesfresh garlicminced
½tspHimalayan pink sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients, including the chicken, in a large ziplock bag and massage until well mixed and the chicken is evenly coated.
refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
preheat grill to medium-low.
Grill chicken evenly on both sides until juices run clear and there is no trace of pink in the center (about 3 to 5 minutes each side depending on the thickness).
Notes
This dish is great alone, but even Betr when topped with Spicy Pineapple Pico de Gallo!
