Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts - split organic, boneless, skinless
- ½ cup organic honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ cup fresh parsley stemmed, chopped, and loosely packed
- 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, including the chicken, in a large ziplock bag and massage until well mixed and the chicken is evenly coated.
- refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- preheat grill to medium-low.
- Grill chicken evenly on both sides until juices run clear and there is no trace of pink in the center (about 3 to 5 minutes each side depending on the thickness).
Notes
This dish is great alone, but even Betr when topped with Spicy Pineapple Pico de Gallo!
