Watermelon Salsa

watermelon
Diced.

red onion

Himalayan pink sea salt

Seeds removed, diced.

Chopped.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except watermelon in a large bowl and gently toss.
Fold watermelon in just before serving.
Serve as a refreshing side or over lettuce greens.
