White Bean and Kale Soup
Ingredients

White Beans,
drained

can
Sodium Free Diced Tomatoes

quart
Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
2
cloves
Garlic
1/2
Onion,
chopped
1
tbsp
Olive Oil
1
bunch
Kale,
chopped
1/3
cup
Hemp Seeds
1/2
tsp
Cumin
1/4
tsp
Paprika
1
dash
Cloves
1
dash
Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Heat olive oil onions and garlic over medium heat.
Add spices, pour in tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Introduce broth and beans and kale. Reduce heat then simmer for 10 mins
Season with cracked pepper and pink salt to taste.
