White Bean and Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can White Beans, drained
  • 1 can Sodium Free Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 quart Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Kale, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 dash Cloves
  • 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil onions and garlic over medium heat.
  • Add spices, pour in tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
  • Introduce broth and beans and kale. Reduce heat then simmer for 10 mins
  • Season with cracked pepper and pink salt to taste. 
  • Enjoy!
