White Bean and Kale Soup

Ingredients
- 1 can White Beans, drained
- 1 can Sodium Free Diced Tomatoes
- 1 quart Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Kale, chopped
- 1/3 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 dash Cloves
- 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil onions and garlic over medium heat.
- Add spices, pour in tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
- Introduce broth and beans and kale. Reduce heat then simmer for 10 mins
- Season with cracked pepper and pink salt to taste.
