Brussel Sprout Salad Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, shaved
  • 3 cups Arugula
  • 1 Medium Apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Chop, Drizzle, Mix.
