Pre-heat skillet, and cook the steak strips for about 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink.
In a separate pan, sauté the peppers and onions that are cut into strips until they are cooked but still a little firm.
Lay the steak longways and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on the steak. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure it.
