Fajita Roll Ups

Level 1

Ingredients

  • Boneless Steak Strips
  • Bell Peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 Onion, cut into strips
  • 1 Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Pre-heat skillet, and cook the steak strips for about 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink. 
  • In a separate pan, sauté the peppers and onions that are cut into strips until they are cooked but still a little firm.
  • Lay the steak longways and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on the steak. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure it.

Top With Betr Guacamole:

  • Put avocado, chopped onions, cilantro, and lime juice in a sealable bag. Squeeze and squish the bag until the ingredients are well mixed. 
  • Spoon the guac on top of the roll ups and garnish with cilantro and lime as needed.
