Fajita Roll Ups
Level 1
Ingredients
- Boneless Steak Strips
- Bell Peppers, cut into strips
- 1 Onion, cut into strips
- 1 Avocado
- Cilantro
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Pre-heat skillet, and cook the steak strips for about 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink.
- In a separate pan, sauté the peppers and onions that are cut into strips until they are cooked but still a little firm.
- Lay the steak longways and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on the steak. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure it.
Top With Betr Guacamole:
- Put avocado, chopped onions, cilantro, and lime juice in a sealable bag. Squeeze and squish the bag until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Spoon the guac on top of the roll ups and garnish with cilantro and lime as needed.
