Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
In a plastic bag, place remaining all ingredients except zucchini and massage until well mixed.
Add zucchini slices to the bag and massage well until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer, being careful not to overlap slices.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
