Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form into your preferred shape; burgers, meatballs, patties, etc.
Refrigerate for at least two hours for the flavors to intensify. With so many spices, you really need the time to allow them all to mingle with one another.
To cook, you can easily grill, broil or pan-sear for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Best served with a hearty Greek-style salad composed of lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lemon juice and dill.
