Taco "Meat"
1 ½ to 2cupsraw walnutsSoak in water for 3 hours and then drain well.
2tspliquid amino acids
2tspextra virgin olive oil
¼tspHimalayan pink sea salt
1dashground black pepper
½tspground cumin
½tspchili powder
Toppings - these are all optional depending on what you like on your taco.
1largeavocado (Level 2 only after successful reintroduction of avocado)sliced

½mediumred or yellow oniondiced
½mediumfresh jalapenodiced
Instructions
Combine walnuts, aminos, oil, and spices in a food processor and pulse until the "meat" mixture is well-combined but is still chunky, resembling taco meat.
Scoop two large spoonfuls down the center of each leafy green.
Add desired toppings, wrap the leaf around the filling, and pin closed with a toothpick.
