  • Get in the habit of recording your weight
  • Practice uploading food pictures
  • Strategize a schedule to see where you can fit meals and snacks into your day
  • Try to add a veggie or fruit snack into your day
  • Practice building a 75/25 plate- focusing on 75% veggies and 25% protein
  • Drink more water
