Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp raw honey or 100% monk fruit (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water

Directions

Combine berries, honey (if using), cinnamon, and water in a medium saucepan
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries start to break down and form a sauce, about 10-15 minutes
