A light, naturally sweet option for a Thanksgiving dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp raw honey or 100% monk fruit (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
Combine berries, honey (if using), cinnamon, and water in a medium saucepan
- Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries start to break down and form a sauce, about 10-15 minutes
- Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature as a topping for a light dessert or on its own with a sprinkle of nuts or chia seeds
