I made this for myself and the family with ground chicken. Instead of stevia I used a touch of raw, unfiltered honey. I already had chopped green and red bell peppers so added them as well. Everyone loved it. Initially it was too flavorful! I “diluted” it by steaming more cabbage shreds. This was a hit with the entire family. Way more filling than expected too!

This was delicious, since bell peppers are in level
1, I added red and yellow bell peppers 😊

I’ve made this with chicken and beef. Both are good but I prefer it with chicken. This is a fast, versatile dish; you can add more vegetables once you get to level two. I added carrots to mine tonight and it’s delicious!
