1 zucchini, thinly sliced

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F
In a plastic bag, place remaining all ingredients except zucchini and massage until well mixed
Add zucchini slices to the bag and massage well until evenly coated
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer, being careful not to overlap slices
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp

It’s hard to crisp because it has a lot water it
I love zucchini, but I won’t be making this again. I sliced the zucchini thin. My oven has an air fryer feature, so I used that because it usually crisps food better than baking it. They did not crisp well even in the air fryer.

I had the same experience as the previous commenter – did not get crisp. So I sprinkled them with nutritional yeast and that helped a lot.
