Ingredients
- ½ cup hulled hemp seeds
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- ¼–½ tsp pink Himalayan salt, to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more water for a thinner consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before using.
