Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

1 ½ cups plain, unsweetened kefir
- 2 tablespoons raw honey or 100% monk fruit (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
Add strawberries, kefir, sweetener, lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
