Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and ginger and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant
