Part One - The Basics
It all starts here. Designed for absolute beginners and those seeking a gentle practice, this course introduces you to the fundamentals of yoga, all from the comfort of your chair.

It's the perfect starting point to boost flexibility, reduce stress, and experience the many benefits of yoga in a supportive and accessible way.

Part Two - The Foundation
Build upon the foundational yoga techniques learned previously and discover more fluid movements that increase flexibility and range of motion.

Experience the satisfaction and growth that comes with mastering more challenging poses, all tailored to respect your body's unique needs. Whether you have a larger body, are advancing in years, or are new to the world of yoga, we offer a welcome continuation of your wellbeing journey.

INTRO TO MAT YOGA

Part One - The Basics
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this course empowers you to develop strength, balance, and inner peace through traditional yoga postures.

This is great for members who feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor, and can be on hands and knees.

Part Two - The Foundation
After laying a strong foundation in our introductory mat yoga course, it's time to deepen your practice with our next series, Mat Yoga Part Two.

This sequel is expertly crafted for those who have completed the beginner course and are ready to explore more challenging poses, sequences, and mindfulness techniques. Across 7 videos, each 15-20 minutes long, you'll be guided through intermediate-level practices that promise to enhance your strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Hi, I'm Diala

Diala Hamed RDN E-RYT 500. I began my studies of yoga under Adi Shakti in Vinyasa and traditional Hatha yoga in Costa Rica. After years of travel and teaching yoga, I ventured off to India to earn my 500 hr certification through Akhanda Yoga School in Rishikesh. Since then, I have taught and participated in yoga across the globe in over 10 countries, across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

As a Vipassana meditator I value the quiet space that yoga creates and enjoy sharing the learnings on and off the mat in Yoga Teacher Training and retreats around the world. Yoga has taught me to ride the waves of life instead of trying to fight them.
