This was one recipe I’ve tried but I did not like. The curry powder was too overwhelming. I tried to eat what I prepped but I couldn’t. I ended up throwing it away. To each their own but if you try perhaps try less curry powder and add more to taste.

i omitted the curry powder and add semi-fine chopped celery and onions. Served on a bed of shredded roman lettuce and had it for breakfast. it was tasty

I recently made this meal, and it honestly was pretty good. I did add some slight tweaks instead of using 4 hard boiled eggs I did 6 which balanced the dijon mustard and made it less pungent. I also did not add the curry powder as I was nervous that I was not going to like it. I also did not add tomatoes to the recipe either, I would be interested in adding pickle relish next time!

I did not like this recipe. The curry powder and Dijon mustard together were very strong and pungent, I couldn’t at all taste the egg. I couldn’t eat it, that’s how bad I didn’t like it. I’d recommend waaaaaay less curry powder.

Really good recipe, I like the addition of the curry powder. I added some onions as well which was a great addition.
