4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
Directions
Cut up 3 or 4 bananas into small slices and put into the freezer until frozen
Toss into a blender or food processor and blend. Optional: Throw in some fresh fruit on top for extra flavor

For a berry nice cream, add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to blend
For a nutty nice cream, add 1/4 cup of chopped nuts or a 1/4 cup of a nut butter
