Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup tahini

1 1/2 tbsp honey or stevia/monkfruit
- 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened
- 4 oz coffee, caffeinated or decaffeinated
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, riced, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg
- 1-2 handfuls of ice
Directions
In a blender, combine the banana, tahini, sweetener, plant-based milk, and coffee
Add the hemp hearts, riced cauliflower, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the blender
Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy
Add the ice and blend again until the mixture is well combined and frothy
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately
