Directions
Combine cottage cheese and berries in a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth, and if desired, add a level 1 sweetener
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours. For a softer consistency, let it thaw for a few minutes before serving

I was told that cottage cheese is a level 2 food? Could someone clarify?
