Ingredients

2 chicken breasts -split (organic, boneless, skinless)

1/2 cup organic honey

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 cup fresh parsley (stemmed, chopped, and loosely packed)

2 cloves fresh garlic (minced, add additional garlic according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

¼ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili

1 tsp cumin
Directions
Add all ingredients, including the chicken, in a large ziplock bag and massage until well mixed and the chicken is evenly coated
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-low
Grill chicken evenly on both sides until juices run clear and there is no trace of pink in the center (about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness)
