These Betr Bliss Balls are a quick and nutritious snack perfect for an energy boost. Ingredients
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup dried figs or dates
- ½ cup almond butter, or other nut or seed butter
Directions
In a food processor, pulse the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and dried figs or dates to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together and is well combined
Add the almond butter to the mixture. Pulse again until everything is fully combined and the mixture forms a sticky dough
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter
Place the Betr bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up
Once firm, store the Betr bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week
