Ingredients

4 cucumbers, sliced

1 pack dill

3 cloves garlic

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup water

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Directions
Slice cucumbers longways and put them in a sealable jar
Add 3 cloves of garlic and package of dill
Cover half way with water, and half with apple cider vinegar
Add salt - you can also add a few drops of Stevia for a bread and butter type taste
Chill for at least 3 hours
