Ingredients

1 cup tahini

1 1/3 cup water add additional water slowly for the consistency you want

2 lemon, juiced

2 clove garlic, minced

4 tbsp liquid aminos

¼ onion, diced

2 cup cabbage, shredded

2 cup kale, chopped

8 cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 sprig fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
For the dressing, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic and amino acids in a food processor. Slowly add water until you get the consistency you want
It’s great to have it drizzle over a salad. It will thicken in the fridge
Toss all slaw ingredients in a bowl or sealable bag
Add dressing to slaw and mix to coat evenly. Alternatively, serve slaw as is and drizzle dressing over the top
