I used organic unsweetened almond milk to replace the water. I also topped with slivered unsweetened coconut flakes. Do delicious!
The pudding with water did not set as well as I would like and it lacked flavor = I threw it out. I then tried it with 75% pure almond milk and water…it is setting up better and has more flavor
