My family loves these brownies , I cooked for 40 minutes and cooled completely, made them firmer. Refrigerating helps, more like a lava cake, delicious . My husband heats them then adds whipped coconut cream.

I love these! They’re pretty guilty free but satisfy my sweet tooth craving. Ive made them 5 times now and cant get them to form up fresh out of the over- more of a hot baked pudding mixture. However, chill them in the fridge and they’re pretty sturdy. Recommend doing half honey, half maple syrup and mixing that with the warmed coconut oil.
