Recipe Note
Betr Coach Tip: Banana “Nice-cream” is one of my all-time favorite ways to start the morning. It is so decadent to have dessert for breakfast that it feels like I’m cheating or have a hack code to life. Nicecream is loaded with muscle relaxing magnesium and melatonin, a touch of caffeine from the cacao, and protein rich chia seeds- it’s incredibly healing for you.
1. The less liquid used, the thicker the ice cream will be. I slightly cover the bananas.
2. If you don’t have a blender with a tamper, like Vitamix, a food processor works better.
3. If you’re super busy, you can buy frozen bananas at natural grocers, whole foods, and Trader Joes.
4. You can freeze for a few minutes for a thicker consistency as well.

I love it! Great alternative to ice cream, quick and easy to make, all thumbs up!
Very tasty-my skeptical wife even likes it. I used an immersion blender in a bowl in the sink which made clean up easier and getting the most out of the recipe!
