6 roma tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, minced

3 tbsp fresh cilantro

1/2 fresh jalapeno optional, seeded and minced

1/2 lime, juiced

This is delicious! I put it on my shrimp ceviche and it was fantastic! Highly recommend!
