Ingredients

1 lb crab meat
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp scallions, chopped

1 tsp dried tarragon

4 cups preferred salad greens

1 celery stick, diced

½ bell pepper, diced
Directions
If using fresh, raw crab meat, cook it thoroughly in a skillet on medium heat with enough water to stir (about 2 min)
If using canned, cooked crab meat, warm it in a skillet on medium heat if you intend to serve warm. If serving cold, just add crab to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients minus salad greens
Remove skillet from heat and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, scallions, and tarragon
Mix thoroughly and serve
Can be served hot, or chilled and served over a bed of lettuce or other salad greens
