1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

Directions
Combine all ingredients and shake well. Keep refrigerated.
Recipe Note
You can easily adjust the flavor using any of your favorite dried green herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, marjoram, etc...).
For a citrus twist, juice another lemon to get 1/2 cup of lemon juice!
Can keep 5 to 7 days in the fridge.
