4 cups fresh green beans

8 oz fresh mushrooms

2 cups vegetable broth

1 1/2 yellow onions

1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1/4 cup 2% milk (or non-dairy milk)

1 tsp coconut aminos

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Bring large pot of water to a boil
Trim and cut green beans into thirds
Add beans to boiling water, once it returns to a boil, set a 5 minute timer
Chop 1/2 of the onion and all of the mushrooms and place them in a non-stick saucepan
Once mixture is softened add salt, milk, broth, and coconut aminos and simmer at low heat for 7 minutes
Grab a small pot for the topping and add avocado oil, one onion chopped into large pieces, and bread crumbs. toss until brown
Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour in green beans and mushroom sauce. Top with onion crumble
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes
