Ingredients

1/8 cup hemp seeds

1 cup water, use less water for creamier milk

1/16 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1/8 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/16 cup fresh berries (optional - for berry milk)

1/4 drop stevia/monk fruit, to taste (optional)
Directions
Add hemp seeds, water, salt, and any additional add-ins (optional) to a high-speed blender
Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture seems well combined. It cannot be over-blended, and you don't have to strain it
Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Enjoy cold and shake well
Recipe Note
It's delicious as is, or add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds for a level 1 pudding.
Enjoy with frozen berries for a creamy smoothie.
You can also add it to iced coffee in the mornings. It doesn't heat well, so keep it cool!
