1/2 lb lean ground beef

2 large leaves romaine lettuce

1/16 tsp himalayan pink sea salt

1 large tomato (sliced, optional)

1/4 yellow or red onion (sliced, optional)

Betr Ketchup or low sodium, sugar-free organic ketchup, to taste,

Dijon mustard (optional, to taste)
Directions
Take the ground beef and shape it into four rounded patties. Season the patties with salt, pepper, and/or other Level 1 seasonings
Grill burgers on a nonstick pan or on a grill for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side (the cooking time will vary depending on how well done you like your burger)
- Wrap the patty in lettuce with tomato, onion, Betr ketchup, and dijon mustard as desired. Enjoy!
