Ingredients

1 cup red lentils

1.5 cups water

1 tsp curry powder

½ tsp pink Himalayan salt

1-2 tsp of avocado oil
Directions
Add and mix all ingredients in a bowl or in the blender
Soak for 1 hour
Blend until mixture resembles a thick batter
Heat up a pan with 1-2 tsp of avocado oil
For every flatbread, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the pan. Sauté over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip using a spatula, and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until lightly golden underneath and fully cooked
Continue until you have used up all the batter. Enjoy!
