Ingredients

3/4 cup avocado oil

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1/4 cup raw pineapple vinegar

1/4 tsp ground pepper

1/8 tsp fresh garlic, minced

2 tbsp raw organic honey
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
Directions
Simply combine ingredients in a tight lid mason jar and give it a good shake
Recipe Note
If you like spicy, substitute chili pepper vinegar for the raw pineapple vinegar.
For sweeteners, you can substitute 6 drops of liquid stevia for the honey.
For oils, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil works well too.
This recipe plus 1 tbsp of Italian flat leaf parsley and 1 tsp of dried oregano make a delicious Italian dressing!
Can keep 1 to 2 weeks in the fridge.
