1 cup low sodium organic vegetable broth

2 lb halibut

2 lemon (juiced)

2 tbsp red onion (chopped)

2 clove fresh garlic (minced)

Directions
Heat up the broth to a simmer in a small pan that has a secure cover
Add fish, lemon juice, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the pan
Cover and cook halibut in the simmering broth for 5-10 minutes until fish is tender when prodded with a fork and cooked through
