1 tbsp liquid aminos

2 tbsp sesame seeds

salt and pepper to taste

1 lb raw sushi grade salmon, cubed

1/2 cup cooked edamame

1 red bell pepper

1 cucumber, sliced

1 cup spinach mix

1 avocado, cubed
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix ingredients for sauce, lemon, liquid aminos, sesame seeds, salt and pepper, and set salmon, edamame, bell peppers and cucumber in sauce to marinate for 10-15 minutes
When ready to serve, divide the spinach mix between two bowls
Layer your sauce mixture with salmon and veggies on top of each of the bowls
Divide the avocado between the two bowls enjoy
