Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

Yummy, filling and refreshing.
What is Matcha? If it is just for Caffeine, why would I want to have it. Especially if I am trying tonstay away from caffeine-it is a diaretic and does other things to bodies not so good.
