Ingredients
- 8 oz ground beef

2 tbsp Betr Taco Seasoning (or your favorite taco seasoning)

1/2 cup the Classic Pico de Gallo
- 10 baby bell peppers, halved and deseeded
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, brown 8 oz ground beef with taco seasoning until beef is no longer pink (takes about 7 minutes)
Slice off the top of the peppers and slice in half
- Top the peppers with beef and Pico De Gallo and serve. Boom. You’re done!
