Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 3 tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (Level 2 week 4)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, minced jalapeno pepper, and Himalayan pink sea salt. Toss gently to combine
Add the diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly
