Lesson 3 - Breath and Spinal Mobility
Today's yoga practice focuses on breath awareness and movement while seated on a chair. The sequence includes:

- Arm movements with bicep curls and twists to each side.
- Transitioning into Warrior Two pose with detailed instructions on leg placement and arm positioning.
- Flowing from Warrior Two to Exalted Warrior, then Extended Side Angle pose.
- Options for variations in poses based on comfort level and physical abilities.
- Emphasis on breath control, balance, and finding peace and surrender in each pose.
- Ending the practice with gentle neck circles and a reminder of inner strength.
