Lesson 2 - Table Top
Optional props you may like include a blanket and two blocks (or books). Starting from a table top foundation or on hands and knees, we will explore foundational poses like Cat and Cow, Thread the Needle, and Child's pose. You will learn the importance of planting your palms effectively in yoga to prevent wrist pain and increase stability in your practice. Throughout the session, we will focus on holding each posture while taking full, deep breaths to deepen the experience and connect with our body. Finally, we will conclude the practice with a relaxing Savasana pose to rejuvenate the body and mind, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.
