Lesson 7 - Full Body Flow (Intermediate)

Welcome to the final class of week 1! In this 20-minute yoga session, we will combine all the fundamental postures we have been practicing. You will have the opportunity to flow through seated poses like Easy Pose and Bound Angle Pose, table positions such as Cat-Cow, standing postures like Warrior I and II, and balancing poses like Tree Pose. Additionally, we will integrate the sun salutations we have been learning, creating a harmonious and dynamic sequence.

This flow is a culmination of your efforts throughout the week, aimed at enhancing spinal mobility and strength, increasing breath capacity, and releasing physical and mental tension. As we move through these postures, remember to stay connected to your breath, cultivating mindfulness and awareness in each movement. By synchronizing breath with movement, you will deepen your practice and experience a sense of flow and presence on your mat.
